The automated form below is to request a REPAIR for customers who have incurred damage to their items as a result of normal wear and tear.

For customers with items that arrived defective and are still within the seven (7) day qualifying returns time period, please use the form found at support.dylanlex.com/returns-exchanges to process a normal return/exchange.

When was your item originally purchased?

Within 1 year of purchase

1 - 3 years of purchase

4 - 10 years of purchase

Due to the nature of our company using vintage components, not all repairs will allow for pieces to be repaired to their initial state of purchase.
